I always look forward to yoga sessions with Wengyee and feel a great sense of peace and perspective afterwards. The sessions are pitched appropriately for everyone in the class and we're given support and options for new or challenging positions. I like that there's a different breathing focus and something to think about for each session.



I've been a regular attendee of Wengyee's online Sunday yoga classes since June 2022, as I've really enjoyed them a lot! I know myself - if it had been in person, I would constantly be tempted to cancel for some extra time sleeping. As it's online though, it's a very easy journey from bed to yoga mat, and a brilliant way to start the day. Wengyee is a highly attentive instructor that will take our needs into account when shaping the exercises for the session. Under her tutelage, I've gotten far more limber and felt encouraged to try poses that I wasn't confident of. I also appreciate her focus on mindfulness and philosophy - while movements are important, it's also been good to understand the theory behind. I typically finish the sessions feeling refreshed in both body and mind, and keen to sign on for another.
