My current offerings 

All my current yoga classes are bookable online through the links below.


Each class will include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work), and guided relaxation. We spend more time on each posture allowing you to integrate the experience of breath and movement.


Every person is an individual and every body can practice a pose differently. So questions are always welcome if a posture doesn't work for you on the day and we will work together to find something that does. Modifications provided for all levels.
